Returns Policy

  RETURNS

  You have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange a return.

  RETURN CONDITIONS

  Items must be in new, unworn, unstained, unused, and undamaged condition, well packaged in their original packaging. For shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box.

  Items marked as "Final Sale" (indicated with a red disclaimer) cannot be returned. Swedish Stockings items must be unopened and unused.

  Exchanges are currently unavailable. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return the original.

  HOW TO RETURN

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify a reason.
  3. You will receive a DHL return label via email.
  4. Ship the return using the provided label.

  RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund:
  - US: $25
  - Europe: €10
  - UK: £10
  - Canada: $30 CAD
  - Rest of World: $15

  REFUNDS

  Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

  WARRANTY

  All BY FAR products are covered by a 2-year warranty. For damage claims, please contact us with photographic evidence.
